Grill tri tip steak. I like to use "Kinders - The Steak Blend" for the rub. Roast the brussels sprouts and carrots in olive oil, fresh minced garlic and salt and pepper for 25 min at 375. For those of you who like mushrooms, sauté them in butter, fresh garlic, white wine, fresh thyme and a little himalayan salt and pepper. SO good!
