After School Snack
 Dip sliced bananas in crushed graham crackers. Another variation is to spread Nutella on the bananas. Freeze for 30 min or longer and enjoy!

 
Snack Packs
Making homemade snack packs is affordable, healthy (each pack is 100 calories or less), convenient and fun to assemble. Your kids can help count the snacks and put them in the bags. We came up with yogurt raisins, wheat fig newtons, grapes, celery, carrots, pretzels, marshmallos, coco puffs and mini rice cakes. This was a fun activity to do together.


Yogurt dipped fruit bites
This snack was so easy and so good! Strawberry yogurt dipped blueberries and bananas. Freeze for an hour and enjoy. Yum!
 
Yogurt with a twist
I just discovered Chia Seeds! Mix chia seeds, your favorite granola and greek yogurt and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before eating (in order for the seeds to absorb the liquid and soften). This provided a nutritional, delicious and filling lunch. I highly recommend it!
